- Proof of Income (recent paystub, W-2, Tax Return if self-employed)
- Physical title to the vehicle (if refinancing a vehicle)
- Proof of insurance
Home Mortgage Loan
- Identification (usually a driver’s license, possibly your social security card)
- Two most recent years of W2
- Two most recent years of Personal Federal Tax Returns, including all schedules
- Two most recent years of Business Federal Tax Returns, including all schedules
- One month of most recent pay stubs
- Most recent two months of bank statements with ALL PAGES including checking savings, investment, and retirement accounts (any unusually large deposits must be documented and a written explanation be provided).
- Contract of Sale for purchase or most recent copy of your current mortgage statement for a refinance
- Gift Letter, include copy of Gift Check and two months of bank statements from donor. Bank statements must include ALL PAGES and any unusual large deposit must be documented and a written explanation provided
- Homeowners Insurance Information: Company and Agent that will be used
Business Loan
- 3 -5 years Business Tax Returns
- 3 -5 years Personal Tax Returns
- Personal Financial Statement
- Current YTD Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Current Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Aging Reports
- Inventory and Equipment listing with market values
