Can I have Online Banking for my Business?

Yes, Cash Management is our Online Banking product for businesses. Please visit a banking center, or contact us at 620-342-3523 for additional information regarding the options available.

What is Cash Management for Businesses?

Cash Management allows the business to control access levels by employee for each feature of the system. ACH and Wire Transfer origination can be accomplished through Cash Management. Use ACH debits to charge your customers’ accounts for membership fee, rental fees, etc. ACH credits are most often used for payroll direct deposit.

Are there fees for LCSB Bill Pay?

There are no fees for personal Bill Pay. There are additional services, such as a gift check with an occasion card, available for a nominal fee.

May I have more than one checking account setup for paying bills with LCSB Bill Pay?

Yes, you may setup as many checking accounts to pay bills from as you have access to in Online Banking.

Are there fees for Online Banking?

There are no fees associated with Personal Online Banking.

Cash Management for business has two levels of service available. Visit with any of our new account personnel to determine the level of service that will fit your business needs and the associated fees. Usual charges will be assessed for special services such as stop payments, excessive withdrawals from regulated accounts etc. Consult the fee schedule for a complete list of fees for those services.

What accounts can I view online?

You may view any account of which you are an owner or co-owner or have been given authorization to view by an owner of the account.

Will I be able to get a copy of my statement?

Yes, if you are enrolled in e-statements. After you enroll and your statement cycles, a statement will be available for you to view and print on-line. Statements will be available for 180 days.  Statements that have cycled prior to April 6th, 2017, will not be available to you online. Please contact the Bank for a copy of the statement.  NOTE:  If you are not enrolled in e-statements, you will not be able to view your statements online.

Can I get a copy of a check?

Yes, simply double click on the check number or click on “view image.”

Can I make loan payments?

Yes, if the loan is less than 5 days past due.

What if I used the wrong Password or User ID?

Click “forgot password” if you have forgotten your password.  If the message states that your account is locked out, or if you are not sure of USER ID, contact the bank at 620-342-3523 we will be happy to assist you.

Can I reset my own password?

Yes, after you enter your User ID click “Logon” then click “forgot password”.  You will be sent an e-mail with instructions on changing your password.

Can I have the same User ID as my spouse?

No, each customer will have their own User ID and PIN.

Can I change my Password?

Yes, you can change your password as often as you would like. You are required to change it every 365 days by the system for security reasons.

How long before I can reuse a password?

You can not reuse the previous 4 passwords.
